Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Wood Benders. Because our products are handcrafted from natural wood, each piece is unique and may vary slightly from the photos.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unused, undamaged items in their original packaging.
To initiate a return, email us at: woodbenders.info@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Custom or personalized products
Items showing signs of use
Items damaged due to mishandling after delivery
Sale items (unless faulty)

3. Condition Requirements

Returned items must be:

Unused
In original packaging
Free of scratches, dents, or wear
Complete with all accessories and inserts

4. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will issue a replacement or refund after assessment.

5. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Shipping fees are not refundable unless the product was faulty.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer traditional exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
