Wood Benders ships handcrafted products with care to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.

1. Processing Time

All orders ship within 1–3 working days, unless otherwise noted on the product page.
During high-demand periods (Black Friday, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are displayed at checkout.
Free delivery is available on orders above £200 within the UK.

3. Delivery Time Estimates

UK: 2–5 working days
Europe: 5–10 working days
International: 7–15 working days

These are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.

4. Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error cannot be refunded.

5. Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

6. Customs & Duties (International Orders)

Any customs or import duties are the responsibility of the customer.
